Active in Offshore Wind
We are actively working on greenfield offshore wind project possibilities, both independently as well as with experienced partners. Our initial focus markets include the UK, France, Germany, Italy and South Korea. Our in-house wind project experts already cover many of the core skill sets necessary to be successful in realising offshore wind projects. We are pursuing both, Floating and Fixed-bottom offshore wind opportunities.
We and Elicio, an international producer of on- and offshore wind energy, along with BW Ideol, are developing in partnership one of the world's largest floating offshore wind projects in Scotland – Buchan Offshore Wind – with a capacity of 960 MW. Together with Elicio, we have also been pre-qualified for two floating offshore wind tenders in France: South Brittany (AO5), a 250 MW project off the coast of Lorient, and Mediterranean (AO6) with a total capacity of 500 MW in two projects.
